May 16th Seminar- Challenge Introduction! This seminar will educate and introduce you to the challenge.

What is included in the challenge:

30 minute Initial consultation with your Nutrition Coach- In this in person or virtual meeting we will discuss how to tackle your weight loss goals! You will also be given important pieces of education around nutrition and learn how to build healthy lifestyle habits in a sustainable manner to ultimately set you up for success!

11 more 15 minute weekly zoom appointments/check-ins to set goals, reevaluate and go over the weekly challenge in the MyCoach app. These meetings are great opportunities to ask questions and learn. 

Access to the MyCoach app and private community to keep you engaged!. 
Learn how to enjoy the foods you love while still staying in a calorie deficit in a sustainable way! 
Learn lifestyle skills and habits to keep you on track on a daily basis, as well as while traveling or on vacation 
Daily and weekly actions and challenges to help keep you accountable not only to your coach, but to other challengers and ultimately yourself!
